Fastenair has been manufacturing aerospace components in Wichita, Kansas since 1960. Founded by Jerome Holt, the company was built on deep aviation knowledge shaped by military experience and hands-on aircraft parts procurement. From the beginning, Fastenair identified a clear need in the aerospace supply chain: a manufacturer focused on precision, reliability, and responsiveness.
Since 1971, Fastenair has operated from its purpose-built facility at 10800 East Central Avenue, where the company continues to manufacture aerospace bushings today.
By focusing exclusively on bushings, Fastenair delivers consistent quality and repeatable precision that general machine shops struggle to match. Our 17,000-square-foot facility is designed specifically for tight-tolerance bushing production, supporting both small and large quantity orders. The shop is equipped with precision CNC lathes, screw machines, and dedicated secondary operations to support the full range of aerospace bushing requirements.
All Fastenair bushings are DFARS compliant and ship with full certifications at no additional cost, reinforcing our long-standing commitment to quality, traceability, and customer trust.
